FARMINGDALE GOES FOR THE GREEN

Farmingdale State College (FSC) is committed to advancing green energy and sustainability principles. We strive to make our campus a more sustainable place to live, work and learn by incorporating environmental protection, economic vitality and social equity into our policies and procedures. Here at FSC, it is easy being green.

As one of FSC's core values, sustainability is integrated in all of our campus operations and much of our curriculum. Below you will find resources such as our sustainability reports, how you can get involved, and what actions we're taking to reduce our carbon footprint.

Sustainability Plan Incoming!

SUNY's Draft Sustainability and Climate Action Plan is now live!

The State University of New York (SUNY), of which Farmingdale State is a part of, is requesting feedback on it's draft Sustainability and Climate Action Plan. The plan can be found at the link below, and any and all feedback is welcome as we look to transition the system into a more sustainable institution.
