Message from the Chair

On behalf of the Faculty and staff, I would like to welcome you to our Department of Computer Security. The Department currently offers a couple of Bachelor degree programs in relation to cybersecurity.

• Security Systems

The Department is providing high-quality education along with hands-on experience in state-of-the-art technologies. Students are being trained on several areas of cybersecurity, including

• Digital forensics
• Information security
• Biometrics
• Cryptography
• Network defense
• Physical security
• Cybersecurity
• Video surveillance
• Penetration Testing

We have a strong pool of Faculty and staff to serve our students. Faculty in the Department have academic and research expertise in broad areas of computer security, biometrics, digital forensic, network security, and software technology. They are heavily involved in research works, scholarly publications, and grants.

We are continuously updating our labs and curriculums to make them up-to-date and meeting the current technological needs. Our programs are being reviewed by external experts and supervised by a great Advisory Board.
