Long Island Sustainability Series
The Long Island Sustainability Series (LIS2) is an educational series hosted by Farmingdale State College (FSC) in partnership with Suffolk Community College (SCCC) with funding from NYSP2I. The series is focused on pollution prevention (P2) and how Long Island residents can reduce their environmental impact. It is a mixture of lecture-style presentations by local experts and activity-based events, such as beach clean-ups and DIY green cleaning products.
The series is free to attend and open to the public. Registration using the RSVP links below is highly suggested.
