Fraternity & Sorority Life

Welcome to Farmingdale State College's fraternity and sorority life website. Since the inception of FSC's first Greek organization in 2011, our fraternity and sorority system has rapidly grown over just a few years. We currently have three nationally recognized sororities and four nationally recognized fraternities who are all guided by the Greek Council.

On a daily basis, these organizations strive to uphold the four pillars of fraternity and sorority life: scholarship, leadership, philanthropy, and brotherhood/sisterhood. This tight-knit community of approximately 350 members has developed school traditions, promoted unity and inclusion, exceeded academic expectations, cultivated lifelong friendships, and created a high sense of school pride and community.

With the continued student involvement and interest in fraternity and sorority life, we hope to continue our organization and council expansion throughout the years to come. For further information pertaining to our currently recognized organizations, recruitment procedures, expansion policy, and general information, please click through the information on this website, and do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
