We want to make sure Commencement is a day to remember for you and your families. Please follow the check list items below and check back regularly for updates.

Intent to Graduate form:

• Fall/Winter 2024 graduates, please file your Intent to Graduate form with the Registrar's Office by Friday, October 18. Failure to meet the deadline may result in your name being omitted from the Commencement program and delay you from receiving your diploma. 
• Please check back for the Spring/Summer 2025 Intent to Graduate form.

Winter Grad Fairs:

• Tuesday, December 3 - 10 AM - 3 PM, Campus Center Ballroom
• Wednesday, December 4 - 2 PM - 7 PM, Campus Center Ballroom

Tickets:

• Eligible graduates will be permitted 6 guest tickets.

Caps and Gowns:

• Purchase your caps, gowns, hoods, and tassels in the College Bookstore. 
• Commencement attire is mandatory for the ceremony. Try on your gown immediately to make sure of proper fit and check to make sure your bag includes the hood, cap, and tassel.
• For pricing and other regalia related questions, please contact the College Bookstore at 631-249-3048 during regular business hours.
