The Park is located on 38 acres within the Farmingdale State College campus. The modern facility is designed to satisfy the office-to-laboratory needs of today’s developing biotech companies. In addition, to help support the employment needs of its tenant companies as well as the surrounding biotech companies, Farmingdale State College offers a Bioscience bachelor’s degree and student internships with affiliated companies.

The facility offers the best of both worlds – a clustered biotech environment designed to support the fast paced growth needs of early-stage companies and the dynamic atmosphere of a campus setting.

Services

The Broad Hollow Bioscience Park was established to support entrepreneurial activity and foster job creation through early-stage business development. In this venue, BHBP provides a comprehensive range of services to help tenant companies achieve their milestone successes. Leases

As a not-for-profit corporation, cost savings are passed onto tenant companies in the form of lease rates for research space that is below market price. In addition, being a tenant company eliminates holding costs associated with basic tenant services in the commercial market which enables companies to maximize their research activity dollars.
