Meet Clam-Bo! FSC’s Newest Shell-ebrity
Farmingdale State College (FSC) is thrilled to shell-ebrate its newest good luck charm: Clam-Bo! The new fresh-water face of the College emerges from the deep blue sea to wear the FSC green.
“It's important that we adapt as our institution continues to grow and evolve," said College officials. "Clam-Bo embodies the scientific and research approach we embrace as the largest technology college in the State system, in addition to our commitment to sustainability, environmental impact, and tasty seafood appetizers.”
Experts agree that with no cracks in the selection process, FSC has chosen the pearl-fect mollusk for the job.
Looking toward the horizon, FSC plans to be generous with its shellfish, introducing Clam-Bo at a variety of upcoming events and giving away newly printed “Keep Clam and Carry On” T-shirts, claw crackers, and lobster bibs.
