Mandatory In-Person Orientation Session

All new initial, transfer, and change of status international students are required to attend our mandatory in-person New International Student Orientation. 

At orientation, you will learn essential information related to maintaining your immigration status as well as benefits that are available to you as an international student at FSC. Take this opportunity to learn important immigration regulations, meet the international staff, and connect with fellow international students.

The new student check-in process is 2 steps:

STEP 1: Complete an online check-in

All international students are required to complete an online check-in every semester.

This is required to activate your SEVIS record.  All international students in F1 or J1 status must check-in online within 5 days of the first day of classes in the U.S.

The online check-in can be accessed here.

Have your F-1/J-1 immigration documents available to upload to the check-in form

• I-94 arrival record (can be retrieved at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home) 
• Passport
• Visa
