Find out your student email address and temporary password by logging into the RAM Portal.
    RAM Portal

  2. Once you know your student username and temporary password... how do you log into your Farmingdale student email?
From Farmingdale's homepage (www.farmingdale.edu), click on myFSC (top right hand corner of the webpage).  You'll be prompted for your student email address and temporary password.  You will then be asked to change the password (see password requirements below).

  3. Once you change your password for the first time, you will then be automatically prompted to setup SSPR (Self Service Password Reset).
SSPR will enable your mobile device to receive the verification code that is needed when resetting your password from this point forward.
For more information and screen shots, please visit the SSPR webpage.
To receive the verification code for password resets, you need to setup the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) utility.  This will enable your mobile device to receive the verification code that is needed when resetting your password.  New students who have not setup their password yet, need to do that first before setting up SSPR.  For more information, please visit the SSPR webpage.
We've established a self-service website (www.farmingdale.edu/mfa External link) with all of the information that you need to know about MFA and how to set it up.

Email management is any strategy meant to organize, declutter, and otherwise make it easier to handle the steady stream of emails you receive on a daily basis. Usually, it requires both traditional time management strategies alongside digital savvy to make your email program do some of the work for you. While it might take a lot of time up front to implement these strategies, you’ll also save time in the long run.

Visit the Email Management webpage.

Farmingdale State College offers free and private email accounts exclusively for our Retirees.  Stay connected with former co-workers and friends when you request an Office 365 email account, which is accessible via the web.  Visit the Retiree Email Account.
