Dr. González holds an Ed.D. in Education Administration (2011), MBA in Aviation Management (2005), B.S. in Aeronautical Science (2006), and A.S. in Computer Science. He is a FAA license Commercial Pilot. Dr. González is currently the Chair of the Aviation Department at Farmingdale State College, where he has been a professor since 2005. He was instrumental in applying and being granted the FAA Certificate for the Air Traffic Collegial Training Initiative (AC-CTI). Previously, he served as the Program Coordinator (2006-2007), Assistant Chairperson (2007), Acting Chairperson (2007-2008), and Program Coordinator (2008-2009).
