The Trades Department consists of four departments: Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. Each department will process all work order requests they receive and handle them accordingly. These requests include but are not limited to building repairs, maintenance, door hardware, power distribution, repair filters for airflow control and maintaining potable water systems.

Carpentry
The Carpenter Shop maintains buildings throughout the campus. This includes repairs to floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, etc. We will assist faculty, staff, and students with various tasks in ensuring their spaces are functional, safe, and appealing. We have and will continue to aid in the remodeling of office areas and classrooms to maximize their usefulness.
The Carpentry Shop is in charge of the following items: Maintenance of Floor Tile, Ceiling Tile, Windows, Doors, Spackle, Paint, Furniture, Door Hardware, Door Closer, Install, Repair, Remodel.

Electrical
The Electrical Department provides many services by supplying electrical energy for operation services on campus. This department has many functions, including electrical maintenance, repairs and renovation services to all buildings on campus. The electrical department provides scheduled preventative maintenance programs to maintain the interior and exterior campus lighting, emergency generators and electrical power systems.

HVAC
The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Department provides heating-cooling system operation in campus buildings. HVAC control and maintain fan units, pumps, motors, preheat and reheat coils, thermostats, control valves, dampers, piping, and insulation.

Plumbing
The Plumbing Department regulates the installation, maintenance, repair, modification, extension, or alteration of any waste, domestic water, gas piping, or fire standpipes in any building or piping system.
The Electrical Department is in charge of the following items: Piping, Cleaning Drains, Installing Faucets, and Repair Bathroom Equipment
