<description>The Risk and Compliance Office will be holding it's annual Shred Day on July 9, 2025!
This is an opportunity for your areas to organize those cabinets, drawers, shared
drives, emails, and one drives by destroying or storing outdated records.
      During this event, you can:

Destroy records that are no longer required to be retained
Destroy convenience copies and other documents that are not records
Store records with future retention schedules

If needed, boxes can be provided before the collection on July 9th.
If your department needs empty boxes delivered to participate in Shred Day, please
complete the Shred Day Box Request Form.
Once your records are boxed up, labeled, and ready to be shredded or stored, please
complete a Certificate of Destruction / Storage Form.
