Winter 2024 Commencement

Intent to Graduate form:

• File your Intent to Graduate form with the Registrar's Office. Failure to meet the deadline may result in your name being omitted from the Commencement program and delay you from receiving your diploma. 

Ticket Distribution:

• Tickets can be picked up at the Senior Commencement Fairs in the Campus Center, Ballroom.
• Check back for additional ticket pick up dates.
• Eligible graduates with a valid RAM ID will be permitted 3 guest tickets.

Caps and Gowns:

• Purchase your Commencement caps, gowns, hoods, and tassels, available for sale in the College Bookstore External link
• Commencement attire is mandatory for the ceremony. Try on your gown immediately to make sure of proper fit and verify your bag includes the hood, cap, and tassel.
• For pricing and other regalia related questions, please contact the College Bookstore at 631-249-3048 during regular business hours.

Senior Commencement Fairs:

• Pick up your Commencement tickets, buy your class ring, take your senior portrait and more!
  • Tuesday, December 3 - 10 AM - 3 PM
  • Wednesday, December 4 - 2 PM - 7 PM
