Each Grant Award Recipient submitted unparalleled proposals to facilitate various DEI initiatives aimed at enhancing a more inclusive and equitable campus culture. As of last year, the Office of DEI and the Executive Board introduced a new initiative to highlight students on campus who are doing the everyday work of DEI-not for the recognition but because they believe in making a difference both on and off campus.
