"Till" - The Movie

“Till” tells the story of Mamie Till-Mobley,” a resistant and resilient mother, who, through activism, resistance, and resilience shares her riveting story of the hideous murder of her son, Emmett. Through the innovation of mind, and cinematography this film recounts the pursuit for justice regarding one of the darkest episodes in American History. The viewing will be followed by a discussion forging hope amid despair, and the importance of advocacy in our collective fight for social justice.
