Constitutional Law & Constitutional Politics: Overturning Roe v. Wade

This summer, the US Supreme Court is expected to overrule previous precedent dating back to 1973. When Roe is overturned, nearly 30 states are expected to outlaw or significantly restrict abortion. In this talk, Dr. Michael J. Motta, J.D., assistant professor of political science, will explain the legal and political maneuverings that led to this decision, as well as the legal and political ramifications going forward.
