We’re all biased. Our experiences frame who we are, and our race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, relationships, and other factors impact the lens with which we view the world. Join Dr. Kenya Beard EdD, Associate Provost at Chamberlain University and Chairperson of the New York State Board of Nursing in an engaged workshop on implicit bias and its effect on creating and sustaining an inclusive higher education community.
