NAACP First Meeting

This is an official welcome to the club event. It is so the members and officers can become familiar with each other and we can discuss what events we’re throwing and what events the members wants for us to throw etc. We hope to see many of you soon!

 

We aspire to create an environment that serves people of color, while advocating for the betterment and advancement of such individuals. The NAACP is here to provide a platform for everyone to voice their opinions. We will work on diversifying the students and staff, and ensuring student curriculum and activities are relative to students of color. Our initiatives include establishing an Africana Studies curriculum, hosting culturally relevant activities, and exposing students to issues that plague students of color.
