  • Join us for a lively celebration with food, music, and activities in recognition of all the first-generation college students, graduates, faculty, and staff at FSC.  

Tuesday, November 9th

• Where: Gleeson Hall, Room 104 
• When: 11am to 12pm
• What: Student Panel
• Theme: Motivate
  • Hear from a panel of first-generation students and alumni as they share their experience and useful advice for college success.

Wednesday, November 10th (Two Events!)

• Where: Campus Center Ballroom 
• When: 11am to 12pm 
• What: Faculty/Staff Professional Development Workshop
• Theme: Educate
  • FSC faculty and staff are invited to attend this interactive workshop to learn about best practices and available resources to best support first-generation college students.

• When: 6 to 7pm
• What: Trivia Night
• Theme: Educate 
  • Who's ready for trivia!? This fun event promises to be a unique way for attendees to make new connections, share knowledge, and gain insights about first-generation college student facts.   

Thursday, November 11th

• What: Forward Thinking Session and Raffle Giveaway
• Theme: Activate
  • Where do we go from here? How can I best move forward? You'll have the chance to answer these questions and more in this final session. Raffle winners will also be announced!
