A New Year's Reflection

Dear Colleagues:

As we launch the new year, I want to take this opportunity to wish you all the very best for 2025. I look forward to continuing our collective work to offer our students the highest quality education in preparation for their future in today’s ever-changing world. This includes your ongoing creativity and relentless pursuit of new knowledge and opportunities that represent who we are. And I look forward to increasing our reach through building relationships within Farmingdale and the greater Long Island community.

The very recent passing of President Carter should remind us that so much of his life’s work is a reflection of what is important to our institution, and to our many partners and friends. Like the best of President Carter, Farmingdale State College is focused on helping others with their education, success, and well-being. As the new year unfolds, I know we will continue with a spirit of optimism, goodwill, and, as always, with a focus on our students.
