CAFPC Promotions Requirements and Procedures 2026-2027

To Full-Time Faculty:

The Procedures for Promotion of Full-time Faculty for the 2026-2027 cycle is now available on ARIES. Please review the page for important dates and deadlines for this cycle.

The Promotions Committee Open Session Seminar to describe the process and answer any questions will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. You may join the meeting using this MS Teams link.

Please also note that all tenure-track faculty in the assistant professor or senior assistant librarian ranks are automatically promoted to the rank of associate professor or associate librarian by the College president on the effective date of continuing appointment conferred by the chancellor of the university.
