艾老师喜欢春节。她说春节很漂亮也很好玩儿，最好的是家人一起吃饭。 艾老师最喜欢吃的是火锅。我也觉得火锅很好吃。艾老师最喜欢的传统服饰是唐装。我觉得汉服裙子最好看。 艾老师看了好多广东话电影，所以她想学广东话。艾老师的中国十二生肖是鸡和狗，她说她有一点像鸡也有一点像狗因为她的出生日期是在两个的中间。我问艾老师她有没有去过唐人街，她说有。唐人街好漂亮但是和中国不一样。我觉得美国有许多不同的文化。

Translation: 

Prof. Ai likes to celebrate the Lunar New Year. She said the celebration is beautiful and fun. The best part is the family reunion. Prof. Ai likes to eat hot pot. I also like it a lot. Prof. Ai likes best the traditional Tang Suit, and I like most the flowy Han Dresses. Prof. Ai watched many Hongkongnese movies so she wants to learn Cantonese. Prof. Ai is both Rooster and Dog in the Chinese Zodiac, and she thinks she carries both, because she was born in the very early morning of the Lunar New Year’s Eve. I asked her if she has been to Chinatown, she said yes. She said that Chinatown is beautiful but different from China. I think that there are many different cultures in the US.
